Zamak alloys (Zn-Al-Mg-Cu based die-casting alloys) place equal emphasis on precise alloying control, particularly for Aluminium, magnesium, and copper, where even small deviations can significantly affect fluidity, mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and die life.
